The Texas Branch ASM Meeting is a 3-day meeting that covers the interests of microbiologists in research and education. This is a great meeting for undergraduates and graduate students to  present preliminary work during the poster session. The attendees are friendly and interested in your development as scientists. It is also a good meeting to present new data in one of the student sessions and to learn from experts in the field during our lectures and invited sessions. On Saturday we will have sessions on careers in microbiology and on activities that enhance teaching and learning. We hope you can join us!
