About Texas Branch ASM

The Texas Branch of the American Society for Microbiology promotes the science of microbiology across the state through meetings, discussions, and education.

Founded in 1941, the Texas Branch of the American Society for Microbiology hosts two annual meetings. The spring meeting promotes undergraduate and graduate research and education. Participants include students from colleges, universities, and community colleges throughout the state.
