- The conference has a “soft” reservation of rooms at the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center, located at 6633 Travis Street, Houston, TX, 77030. The room rate is $129 per room per night, plus applicable taxes, if booked by 5 PM October 10th. After that date, standard room rates will apply. Click here to book your room.

- There is a $20 self-parking fee for the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center.
- If you stay at the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center, you can walk to the conference.
Parking
- If you drive to the conference and need to park on site (at the BRC building where conference will be held), parking is $1/12 min, with a max of $12/day, for a single entry on the Rice University campus. If you leave and return later, you will pay the charge again.
- A campus map and additional information on parking will be provided with the detailed program, to be posted in the coming weeks.

Registration refunds
- Conference registration may be canceled with full refund, provided written notification is received any time up until three (3) weeks prior to the conference start date.
- No refunds will be granted within three (3) weeks of the conference start date.
